Mition provides a streamlined way to manage Direct Wages payments via our Payment Gateway feature.

In 2023, one of our clients had a large portion of membership fees paid monthly by their members employer.

The agreement was setup with the employer and the member to pay our client directly as a bulk EFT transfer.

To manage this, we setup a Payment Gateway called "Direct Wages". This lets the staff member set the user as a Direct Wages payee.

Once this is set, all membership subscriptions will appear on the Direct Wages report, staff can add/remove subscriptions to be paid to and from a run. Once the run is complete staff mark in bulk that these are pending and later mark them as rejected (on case by case basis) or paid when confirmed paid (this can be done in bulk also).
