Page List (classic, 2.0 and 3.0)
This Page List webpage component shows a list of webpages on your site as a list. You can use it to show a list of pages that match a certain url and limit how many are shown at once and how big each box is (container inside the component container).
Some of the page list components use the page teaser image, so if you do use these components you want to put in some consistent images sizes e.g. 300px x 400px so they look ok. If there is no page teaser image it wont show it, which is fine as long as this is consistent.
The main settings are:
Url contains : /features/
This setting will show any pages that match this url path. You could use / to include every pages on the entire site, but then match by tag later on.
Depth : 1
Depth is how many URL folders below this current url you want to travel, imagine if you had a folder /documentation and inside here were 10 pages, we don't want to show all the pages below this so we leave the depth at 1 so it only shows pages in this folder. Same when selecting pages with tags, if the pages you need to find are in subfolders, you might need to increase this.
Page Size (optional) : 3
There is a built in load more feature, so if you set Page Size to 3 and it finds 10 pages, only the first 3 are shown and you then get a "load more button", it will load more in page sizes, e.g. 3.
Maximum Items (optional) : 3
You can completely limit the absolute max to show, so you might just show the 3 latest new items.
Match any tag (optional) :
Pages have tags now, so you can create a tag and add it to the page and use these tags in these page list filters. Great for showing new items across the site.
Read More Text (optional) : "Read more"
You can change the default text button text.
Font Awesome Icon (optional) : Right pointer
You can also add an icon to the text buton.
