There are a few ways you can issue certificates. First create a certificate and test it. Then apply it in one of two locations.

Subscription: Assign a certificate to a users subscription and they will be able to download it under My Settings. Go to Subscription Admin, scroll down to Term Pricing and edit the specific price record/s to auto assign a certificate too.

Programs & Courses: As a user completes all the Rules in a Step and a Step has a Certificate awarded. The user can download certificates under My Settings. To setup, go to Program Admin, add Certificate at one or more steps, e.g. add a certificate after year 1, year 2 and year 3 of a CPD program. Each with different wording and look.
