Event Management: Create public or private events with various ticketing options and categories. Our system is designed to help organisations manage their event needs in one easy-to-use system.
Event List: Display events on your webpage with our Event List web component, filter events by tags or select a specific event category to display.
Event Attendees: Review a list of attendees for an event or date and time of an event, automate or manually send attendees reminders or news regarding the event.
Event Payments: Simplify event payments with our Ticket Categories and Ticket Subcategories. Set-up event pricing based on these categories, and manage minimum and maximum ticket quantities, public & member ticket pricing, invoicing and payments, along with multiple ticket management.
User Tickets: When a user subscribes to an event or purchases a ticket, their ticket appears in their settings > events page. On the day of the event, a link to the event is on the dashboard and is the first thing they see when logging in.
Auto Reminders: Set-up auto reminder emails to all users subscribed to an event, set-up multiple reminders such as a week prior and the day prior for all events for your organisation.
Custom Fields for Events: Create custom fields which request information for each attendee. These fields can be used for requesting information such as dietary requirements or preferences.
Event Types: Our event module is flexible and can be used for single events, events with multiple days, courses, and hybrid events.
Discount Codes: Create pricing that is only available with a discount code, set these to only be accessible to members and only allow the discount code to be used once per person.
Tags: With different tag categories, your events can use tags to support your team, such as day of the week, or region. When displaying event lists, these tag filters will automatically appear.
